Join us

Let’s Celebrate! Mark your calendars and join us at our annual Volunteer and Community Partner party on Wednesday April 19th in Jamaica Plain. Celebrate with us from 5:30-7:00 pm. At 6:00 pm, there will be a “Year in Review.” Come for just a drink, or stay for a while! Kindly RSVP!
Spring Cleaning- It may not be the fanciest way to serve, but we do need your help! Please join us on Wednesday April 12th from 9 am to noon for some spring cleaning prior to our party. Caffeine and cleaning supplies will be supplied. Send Airlie a note (aparham.bos@littlebrothers.org) if you can help!

Support

Volunteer for our fundraising event committee. We’re looking for fundraising event committee members. The commitment is from now until after our fundraiser in September. We’re looking for someone who can coordinate with restaurants, community partners for donations, vendors, press and corporate sponsors. Please email our Assistant Director, Rene Morrissette, for more information at rmorrissette.bos@littlebrothers.org.

A Friendly Reminder

We have replaced the Easter Meal Delivery and Luncheon with more year-round programming. We hope to see you in November and December for the celebrations and home visits!

With Thanks

Flowers are a simple way to let someone know you are thinking about them, and we are so fortunate to have found a friend in the Jamaica Plain location of Whole Foods. Each week, the floral department will donate dozens of flowers to be wrapped into bouquets for elders. Special thank you to Kristy and Whole Foods!

Our Schweitzer Fellow from Tufts University, Amanda Bilski, has returned to her home state of New York to study for her medical boards. Amanda founded and led a City Site in the South End. She helped connect an incredible group of residents and students. The friendships formed and memories created cannot be forgotten.
